  • 1 bundle of soba noodles (buckwheat noodles)

  • 1 can of An Nam Teriyaki Tuna

  • 1/2 carrot, julienned

  • 1/2 cucumber, julienned

  • A few leaves of cilantro, perilla, or mint

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

  • Cook the soba noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water to keep them firm and cool.

  • Mix the dressing: soy sauce + sesame oil + rice vinegar.

  • Assemble the bowl in layers: noodles → vegetables → tuna → drizzle the sauce → sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh herbs.
