Teriyaki Tuna Sandwich An Nam

🌟 Ingredients:

  • 1 can of An Nam Teriyaki Tuna

  • 4 slices of sandwich bread

  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise

  • 1/2 shallot (or small onion), thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

  • A few leaves of lettuce or watercress

  • Freshly ground black pepper

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  • Mix the tuna with mayonnaise, sliced shallot, and a bit of black pepper.

  • Lightly spread mayonnaise on a slice of bread, then layer with: lettuce → tuna mixture → cucumber slices → second slice of bread.

  • Gently press down, cut in half or thirds as you like.

🍽 To enjoy:

Enjoy right away, or wrap it up to take to school or work.
You can also add thin slices of boiled egg for extra nutrition.
