Teriyaki Tuna Sandwich An Nam

🌟 Ingredients:

1 can of An Nam Teriyaki Tuna

4 slices of sandwich bread

2 teaspoons mayonnaise

1/2 shallot (or small onion), thinly sliced

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

A few leaves of lettuce or watercress

Freshly ground black pepper
👩🍳 Instructions:

Mix the tuna with mayonnaise, sliced shallot, and a bit of black pepper.

Lightly spread mayonnaise on a slice of bread, then layer with: lettuce → tuna mixture → cucumber slices → second slice of bread.

Gently press down, cut in half or thirds as you like.

Enjoy right away, or wrap it up to take to school or work.
You can also add thin slices of boiled egg for extra nutrition.
